Right between Ghent, Bruges and Zeeuws-Vlaanderen there’s a wonderul place Flemish people call “Het Meetjesland”, and ‘Zomerhuis’ stands amid the many polders and fields of that place. A well-hidden gem right along De Lieve, the oldest canal in Flanders. The history of this domain is inextricably linked with the nearby castle of Ronsele, hundreds of years old. But today anyone can be a part of that history. For a day, a weekend or a little longer. I created a logo, online platform and general look & feel for the brand, together with copywriter Ellen Meulemans, who translated the soul of the place into beautiful words.
